A short distance from Ronda, with easy access to the airports of Malaga, Seville or Jerez, (1 ½ hours) and the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts (45 minutes and 1 ¼ hours respectively), it is a perfect base from which to explore the delights of southern Spain.

This luxury Spanish villa, with views across the Arriate valley towards the ancient Moorish city of Ronda, is found towards the end of a single track lane. It is surrounded by vines, olive and fig trees, swaying palms and the Mulberry tree from which it takes its name. The accommodation is spacious enough for a house party or family group to self-cater in style, although catering can usually be arranged if required. It has a bespoke kitchen, barbecue area, six en-suite bedrooms, home cinema, and two swimming pools (one infinity; the other a spring-fed, restored ‘alberca’). The terraced gardens are planted with sweet- scented lavender, rosemary and thyme. Seasonal, organic fruit and vegetables from the garden are available for guests to enjoy.
